How Much Does an AI Chief of Staff Cost?

My AI Chief of Staff setup is $5,000 one time. On top of that you pay your AI provider directly for the subscription you already use or choose. Coaching after setup is optional at $500 a month, cancel anytime. If you are not satisfied with the setup, I refund the full $5,000. I take two clients a month.

What does the $5,000 include?

What else will you pay for?

The bots run on a frontier AI subscription in your name, billed by the provider: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Muse. Many executives already pay for one. For this kind of work a top-tier plan usually works best, and we pick together in the kickoff based on what you already use. Plans and prices change often, so check the provider's own pricing page. I do not resell software, mark up subscriptions or put a proprietary app in the middle. If you stop working with me, everything keeps running on your accounts.

What does the optional $500 a month cover?

After setup you can keep me on as your executive AI coach. That is a monthly 60-minute call, new models and tools rolled into your setup as they change, and help when something breaks or you want a new bot. It is optional, added at the end of setup or later, and you can cancel anytime. Many people will not need it.

How does the refund work?

If you are not satisfied with the setup, I refund the full $5,000. The guarantee covers the setup fee. AI subscriptions are paid to the provider and the coaching retainer is month to month, so neither is part of the refund.

Why one time instead of a monthly fee?

Because the goal is a system you own and understand, not a dependency. The setup is the hard part. Once the rules are right, the bots run on your subscription. Coaching is there if you want to keep improving, not because the system stops working without it.

Why only two clients a month?

Each setup gets about 10 hours of my own work plus the check-ins. Two a month is what I can do well. If the month is full, the request form puts you on the list for the next opening.

What will I not promise?

I do not promise money saved, hours saved or any return. The work is real, and how much it helps depends on how you use it. A careful provider will not put a number on it.

Where a human still decides
  • You approve every email, payment and purchase before it happens.
  • You choose the AI provider and plan, and you are billed by them, not by me.
  • You decide whether coaching continues, month to month.
  • Medical, legal, tax and financial decisions stay with you and your advisors.
