Executive AI coach

Get an Executive AI Coach. AI-ify Your Life.

I am an executive AI coach for busy executives and operators who know they should be using AI and will not sit down to set it up. Over about 30 days I build you a private AI Chief of Staff on the AI you already use, and coach you on running it: a 60-minute kickoff and three weekly 30-minute check-ins. $5,000 one time, money back if you are not satisfied with the setup.

What does an executive AI coach do?

Most AI coaching is advice: courses, prompts, a list of tools to try. That leaves the hard part with you. My coaching starts by doing the work. I set up a working system on your own accounts, and we coach on it in real time, with your real inbox, calendar and open loops. You learn by directing AI that is already working for you, not by building it from a blank page.

Who is it for?

It is not for people who enjoy tinkering and have the time. If that is you, read done-for-you vs DIY and build it yourself.

What does the setup look like?

  1. Intake, days 1 to 3. About 30 minutes of you: accounts, the people who matter, rules and voice.
  2. Build, about a week. I build a Chief of Staff bot plus two to four specialist bots you choose, and test them. None of your time.
  3. 60-minute kickoff. You connect accounts and we run real tasks together.
  4. Three weekly 30-minute check-ins. We tune voice, rules and schedules, and I coach you on what to hand off next. You finish with a handoff guide.

That is about 2 hours of your time and about 10 hours of mine over about 30 days.

Which AI does it run on?

The one you already use: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Muse. Frontier models, your accounts, your subscriptions. There is no proprietary software to learn and nothing to unwind if you stop working with me. Not sure which fits? See which AI model an executive should use.

What can the bots handle?

What happens after 30 days?

The system is yours and keeps running on your accounts. If you want to keep improving, you can keep me as your executive AI coach on retainer for $500 a month: a monthly 60-minute call, new models and tools rolled in as they change, and help when you want a new bot. Cancel anytime. Details are on what an AI Chief of Staff costs.

What does it cost?

$5,000 one time, plus the AI subscription you pay the provider directly. If you are not satisfied with the setup, I refund the full $5,000. I take two clients a month so each setup gets real attention.

Where a human still decides
  • Nothing is sent, paid or bought without your yes. Bots draft; you approve.
  • You choose what gets connected and can revoke access anytime.
  • Priorities, relationships and judgment calls stay yours. Coaching helps you delegate the rest.
  • Medical, legal, tax and financial decisions stay with you and your advisors.
